This is a variation on a meme that's been going around lately and some that went around a while back.

Tell me honestly what you think of me. Unless you indicate that you don't want me to, I'll respond to the comment with the same for you.

As always, anonymous commenting is enabled and I don't log IPs (though of course I'll have a hard time responding with what I think of you if you post anonymously!).

Also, if you have any questions you want to ask me, feel free to ask here. I can't guarantee that I'll answer them (especially questions about authentication data such as passwords :) ), but feel free to ask!

I think you should be doing grad school in CS rather than in math. There is no money in math.

Also, if you keep pursuing this math degree, I'm worried that you might lose about a foot of height and become obsessed with Scrabble and cheese.

Well, I guess I'll be the first one to actually leave a serious comment. :P

You have really awesome interests and are on the same level of easily-amusedness as I am, so it's fun to hang out with you, and I'm sad that you won't be around next year.

I sometimes wonder what goes on in your head that you don't tell people about, if anything :P since I'm not sure there exists anyone I would think of as knowing you on a particularly "close" level, though maybe that's not true. You seem to be always happy and completely devoid of drama, which always makes me suspect, but for you it actually seems to be genuine, which is sort of confusing. (What I'm trying to say is I think you might be a robot! :P)

Every night he goes to Fuddle and eats a pepperoni pizza. Those things contain twice as much grease as I can eat in a day. Quite the metabolism!

Whoa; an actual comment! (It's interesting how that change to the meme decreases the response rate so much!)

Your second paragraph actually does a reasonable job summing my thoughts about you as well, on all counts! Mentally paste that paragraph here.

You seem to be very intellectually curious; you love learning about things and you love explaining and discussing things with others, and you tend to have lots of nifty ideas --- more than you seem to give yourself credit for. You're easily amused in a good way, and whenever anyone asks "who wants to go play in the snow/grass/leafpile/..." you're one of the first to be skipping outside. You often seem to lack confidence, though.



In response to what you said: I do somehow seem very good at avoiding pretty much any interpersonal drama. I've been happy nearly all the time in college (which would be surprising to anyone who knew me in elementary school and late highschool); that, combined with the fact that I tend to spend less time around other people when I'm not happy, probably gives the impression that I always am!
